TagPlast offers cost-effective, single-source solutions for precision liquid injection molding along with silicone and rubber component manufacturing and assembly for the medical industry. All TagPlast products are produced in a fully equipped facility with modern injection machines in the range of 50 to 100 tons for a product weight of up to 140 grams per injection. Our processes enable serial production of large volumes.
Our capabilities also include microinjection of thermoplastic materials, metal injection molding and silicon multi-shot or multi-material applications, as well as over molding.

Materials
The TagPlast injection team has extensive experience in injection engineering and specialized expertise in raw plastic materials such as ABS, polystyrene, nylon, polycarbonates, PEEK, acrylic (with or without fiberglass), polyethylene, rubber and silicone. TagPlast customers can count on working with experts who possess the highest level of knowledge and understanding of how to best utilize plastic materials.
Mold Cast Development
TagPlast specializes in manufacturing high-precision injection molds for injection molding of complex medical and technical plastic parts. We work together with our customers to refine product designs and prepare them for production. This includes simplifying parts, designs and materials to lower the cost of the subassembly of parts and the associated tooling.
TagPlast molds are uniquely designed and built to provide reliable and accurate plastic parts for continuous production. TagPlast routinely performs IQ, OQ and PQ evaluations to comply with medical qualification protocol.
